The Grenada passport holder can travel to over 124 countries and territories without a visa or without obtaining a visa upon entry including the United Kingdom, Brazil, China, Hong Kong & the Schengen zone.

BENEFITS OF THE GRENADA CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT PROGRAM

  • A renewable passport, eligible for five years.

  • Path to citizenship typically within three months.

  • No residency requirement, before, during or after citizenship is obtained.

  • Citizenship is extended to a spouse, dependent children and dependent parents however fees for family members are provided with the application form.

  • No income or wealth tax payable.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR GRENADA CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT PROGRAM

  • Must not have a criminal record.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and of good character.

  • Must be willing to make the required financial contributions with funds obtained through legal sources.

  • Must be in good health.

INVESTMENT OPTIONS 

  1. Applicant must make a financial contribution into the National Transformational Fund amounting to a minimum of $200,000 USD for a single applicant, with discounts available for additional passports for spouses and children.*

  2. Applicant must make an investment in an approved/designated real estate developments in Grenada (hotels, villas, resorts etc.) with a value of at least $350,000 USD.**
