Mustakas & Associates can assist a foreign national apply for a work visa under section 205.  We will meet with the applicant and assess whether the work they intend to perform will create or maintain social, cultural and or economic benefits for Canadian citizens or permanent residents and whether the section 205 visa is the best way to go.
